Adorable Sleepy Masks: Making Bedtime Fun Again

I just love being spontaneous with my girls!
One of my crazy fun ideas this past year was inviting them to browse
my pinterest boards and then letting them pick out a special project for the day.
I have some special boards set aside just for this purpose.
With cute fun ideas for them to choose from!
You can find them here and here.
Their little faces just light up! Especially when I tell them that
the sky's the limit! (so to speak).
But seriously, I absolutely adore these moments together.
We look together...each pick our favorite and then vote on which one we like best.
Then we all take a trip to the craft store and
buy our supplies and get busy together.
I promise...its so cute watching them pick out what they want to do!

Recently they have been obsessed with wearing a sleep mask to bed!
It's pretty much the cutest thing ever!
Apparently its what all the Princesses are wearing.
At least according to my five year old!
So we made up our own fun pattern and got to work!
These masks are made from felt so they were super easy
to sew together and were really soft as well!
It was such a blast letting them pick everything out
and spending some precious moments with them.

The best part is I made this super cute felt sleep mask pattern into a tutorial for you!
That's right! Free PDF download and tutorial for this sleepy eyed mask!
I hope you love it as much as my girls did!
(See below for link to download)

These would also be the perfect favor for a girls sleepover birthday party!

And just because I love sharing!
